Jim Caudill is the president of Alarm1.
Jim has aggressively pursued drag racing in the last
years with his 1998 Corvette. In 2001 and 2002 he has qualified in the NHRA division 5 finals. Jim has won Trophies in
Pro ET, Street ET, Run Tuff, Club Clash, Sportsman, and was even given a unique trophy for "King of the Nitrous Fills."
Jim loves to race his C5. He is so dedicated to the facts and figures surrounding a consistent Elapse Time that he is our
expert on weather changes.
Jim's dedication to racing quickly turned into an obsession.
At the end of the 2002 season
Jim purchased a used wornout SuperComp Dragster.
Corvette Connection helped prepare his SuperComp Dragster for the 2003
race season.
Jim has learned quite a bit about Dragsters in 2003
and 2004. Some lessons were more costly then others, but the final product was worth it.
Everything on the Dragster has been updated, rebuilt, painted, or modified.
Look for the dragster in our "Project section" or by it's evolution.
